All you need to do now is download the Contract form, carefully fill it out and sign it, and then email the completed document to tabrolat@gmail.com. After that, please send a deposit of $500 to Terri’s Zelle account at tabrolat@gmail.com. Once we have received both the signed contract and the deposit, we will work with you to schedule a convenient date and time for the exciting puppy pick-up!

At pick up, your puppy will be ready for their new home! All that’s left to do is pay the rest of your adoption fee. Once this is complete, your new puppy will officially become your companion in its forever home.
